Do you have a storefront I can visit to browse your full selection of products?

  • Yes! b.a. Sweetie Candy Company is home to the biggest candy store in North America! With inventory levels of over 5 million dollars-worth of candy and a 40,000 square foot warehouse containing 5,500 different types of candy. We can be located at 6770 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44129

What happens if an item I purchase is out of stock?

  • It is unlikely that an item will be out of stock, but in that case that it is, Sweeties will refund you for the item when the order ships.

Do I need to create an account?

  • You can check out as a guest without creating an account, but we highly recommend that you do. Creating an account allows you access to previous orders, saving payment methods, and leaving an order to return to later.

I forgot my password. How can I recover my account?

  • When you get to the “login” page, select the “click here to reset my password” tab. You will be prompted to fill in the email address associated with the account. From there you will get an email to reset your password.

    Can I place orders over the phone?

    • Unfortunately, orders cannot be placed over the phone. The only time you should call about an order is if you have a concern or questions.

    What forms of payment are accepted?

    • We accept all major credit and debit cards.

    What happens if I am missing items or items are damaged?

    • We offer returns, exchanges, and item replacements for any order, but questions concerning your order need to be called in immediately after you realize your concern.

    What is the shelf life of your candy?

    • The shelf life of most candy products varies on a large scale. Our product doesn’t arrive in our warehouse with anything less than a 6 month best by date. All product is checked before being packaged.

    Is it possible to get ingredients/food allergies before placing my order?

    • Sweeties is not the manufacturer of any products offered on our website. If you need specific food information, please contact the manufacturer or visit their online website.

    Is my information secure?

    • Sweeties strives to keep your information safe and secure. If you need more information, please read our Privacy Policy located at the bottom of the page.

    Do you price match?

    • We do not offer any price match programs at this time.

    Do you offer samples?

    • Samples are not available for any items sold on sweetiescandy.com

    Do you ship internationally?

    • Sweeties does not ship any product internationally.
